VoiceFleet reads the services, staff and free times for the Phorest branch you connect, so callers can ask for a service or a team member and hear real availability.

When the caller confirms, the appointment is created in Phorest. If the caller isn't a client yet, VoiceFleet adds them as a new client first.

  2. 2In the dashboard, open Integrations, choose Phorest and enter your Business ID, server region and Phorest API username and password.
  3. 3Pick the Phorest branch to connect and add your deposit settings if you use them.
  4. 4Place a test call and check the appointment in Phorest.
