How referrals and payouts work
20% for as long as they keep paying
Earn 20% of eligible base subscription revenue, starting with the referred customer’s first paid invoice. Taxes, add-ons, top-ups, and refunded revenue are excluded.
30 days to create an account
New customers must sign up within 30 days of accepting referral tracking. The first eligible referral is credited; existing accounts are excluded. This signup window does not limit how long you earn commission.
Monthly payments, with a clear breakdown
Monthly payouts after a 30-day hold, less actual payout fees. A balance becomes payable on the next monthly payment run after its hold ends, so your first payment can take longer than 30 days.
You bear the actual Stripe or payment provider fee for your payout. Your statement shows gross commission, payout fee, and net paid. Refunds can offset future earnings; disputes can hold payouts.
For example, €100 of commission with an actual €2 payout fee means €98 paid to you. This illustrates the deduction; your provider’s actual fee applies.
Before you join
Does “lifetime” mean the commission stops after 30 days?
No. The 30-day window is for creating a new account after accepting referral tracking. Once that signup is attributed to you, commission starts with the first paid invoice and continues for as long as the customer pays for an eligible subscription. They do not need to pay within those first 30 days.
What if someone already has an account or follows two referral links?
Existing VoiceFleet accounts are excluded. For new accounts, the first eligible referral is credited. Following another partner’s link does not replace an existing eligible referral.
What happens if a visitor declines referral tracking?
The referral link requires the visitor’s consent to track their referral. If they decline, that visit cannot automatically credit you. Contact us if you have a question about an introduction; do not assume an untracked signup will earn commission.
Do I need to buy a VoiceFleet subscription?
No. You need a free VoiceFleet account and approval to join the affiliate program. A paid subscription is not required to access your partner dashboard.
Can my agency manage clients or bill them through this program?
Agencies can join as referral affiliates. Affiliate membership does not include client account access, reseller billing, or a white-label product. If your clients need a different arrangement, explain that when you contact us.
