Inbound Call-to-ezyVet Sequence

VoiceFleet connects to ezyVet with an API key and client secret. It reads your appointment types and checks your appointment book for times that are already taken.

When the caller confirms, the appointment is created in ezyVet, and changes or cancellations made on the phone are updated there.

Step-by-Step Setup in VoiceFleet

  1. 1Get an ezyVet API key and client secret.
  2. 2In the VoiceFleet dashboard, open Integrations, choose ezyVet, enter the key and secret, and choose the Trial or Production API.
  3. 3Place a test call on the trial site and check the appointment in ezyVet.
  4. 4Switch the connection to Production when you're ready.
