This ensures I am fully present for every session and at home. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. ​The Booking System Appointments are managed via Booksy. A deposit is required to secure your slot; this is applied toward your session and confirms your reservation. RESCHEDULING (48-Hour Window) ​You can move your appointment up to 48 hours before the start time, and your deposit will transfer automatically. ​Within 48 hours, the system locks the appointment and it can no longer be moved by the client. CANCELLATIONS AND FEES ​Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit serves as a cancellation fee to cover the reserved time. This applies regardless of how long the spot was held—whether the appointment was on the books for 5 minutes or 5 weeks, the deposit is lost upon cancellation. ​EXCEPTIONS Deposits are non-refundable. However, in cases of a genuine emergency where you have lost your 48-hour rescheduling window, I may be able to manually reschedule you for a future date so you don’t lose your session entirely. ​In the case of an "Oops" (e.g., you book and accidentally hit cancel 5 minutes later), please contact me immediately. If you reach out right away, I can put you back on your original date or help you find a new one if that spot is gone. ​Once you press Cancel- you will disappear from my calendar, I may not even notice you booked in the first place, and I lose the ability to help you manually.​ ​GIFT VOUCHER BOOKINGS When booking with a gift voucher, a cash deposit may not be required because the voucher itself acts as your deposit. If you choose to cancel or not attend your appointment for any reason, the commitment made at booking will be honoured by: ​Voiding your voucher (for online vouchers) ​Charging a cancellation fee to your card on file (for paper vouchers) WE VALUE OUR TIME Your booking fee secures the specific time required for your session. If you choose to cancel or not attend your appointment for any reason, or simply forgot about your appointment, this fee is non-refundable to honour the commitment made when the booking was set.
